Video playback is unresponsive in Safari #11

Video playback is unresponsive in Safari. After Flash update, attempts to view the video freeze up Safari. Plays only audio with control bar in the centre of the frame in Google Chrome. Firefox shows white screen with only the audio playing.

@midioweb The issue with these are that they are in the system as MOVs, when they're really MP4s. Additionally, the files are quite small and/or otherwise broken. Would it be possible to replace these with fresh versions, in the modern format?

@midioweb Ps. I've gone ahead and updated them, so they show now. But they're sort-of small, so I'm adding them to the ticket dealing with that issue.
