Final Request for .custom-switch label:after transition #59

This is everything i have updated to make it possible to make a transition work in a switch. This is an update on What i would like to see in css. I hope this wil come to use. To help search in min files: in variable.min search --switch-slider-transition. In halfmoon.min.css go to .custom-switch label:after and then search -webkit-transition: .4s;

Hey, as I mentioned in the issue you raised regarding this change, it was already addressed in a prior issue, and the latest version has that patched into it. So I will close this PR, thank you.
