This issue was discovered while looking though the tuning code and is confirmed through testing.

Fixed in Commit 511e5b1e98622ea337ae1cd9036716a050b5c618, will be pulled to main for v0.9.4 release.

Bug fix has been released independently of the full update as v0.9.3b, version is not tracked in this codebase but the change is included in v0.9.4.
