relax peer dependencies #3

currently having problems with npm 3

Anyway sorry about the delay in looking at this and thanks for helping out. I haven't used this package myself for a while and so the dependencies are in danger of slipping and so forth, but will spin it up a bit later on because I'd like to check some things out myself and I'll have to be more vigilant in the future.

Hey @vietnogi - thought I would close this as i (hope) i addressed these issues in the release from a few days ago. If you are still having any problems let me know though and we can seek to resolve them. Thanks for helping out.
