Variables in Manipulate[] are not highlighted

Describe the bug Variables in Manipulate[] are not highlighted as they should like in Table[].

To Reproduce

1. Type whatever Manipulate[] structure.

Expected behaviour Variables being manipulated should be highlighted as in Table[] and other functions.
