Controller for dishes

A controller for getting and creating new dishes.

• GET /dishes : gets all the dishes in the database
• GET /dishes/{id} : gets the dish with a given Id
• GET /dishes/name/{name} : gets the dish with a given name

• PUT /dishes : creates a new dish with a given name and user
• DELETE /dishes/{id}/{userName} : deletes the dish if it is possible
