Bump JIB to use google-http-client 1.34.0. #201

Now, that google-http-client 1.34.0 is out we should ask for a new Jib release.

It seems that the jib master is already bumped to 1.34.0. I asked the jib folks for a new release: https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/jib/issues/2238
