parallel file is empty #124

@hanwenjuan You may want to check your local git version. I meet the same problem, and it was solved by updating the git to version 2.13.6. Please also try to remove the parallel in the speedseq/src, and clone a new one using git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/parallel.git.
