build high confidence call set for training #285

Hi, I want to build my set of high confident CNV calls for hg38 human genome to be used as a training set for the classifier. However, the link provided in the tutorial pointing to an explanation of this procedure seems broken.

Can you provide suggestions on how the training set file can be generated?
