Svtools classify BNDing most of the DELs #298

Hi there,

I've just run stools classify on a set of ~18,000 samples and have found that ~90% of the DELs have been reclassified as BNDs. When running classify on smaller subsets, fewer DELs are reclassified.

What is the quality threshold determining whether a DUP or DEL should become a BND? Is there a way to relax the threshold?
