Replace `remarshal` with `yq` #26

Remarshal doesn’t seem to be maintained anymore.

It is also affected by upstream bugs like https://github.com/yaml/pyyaml/issues/89 which affects e.g. prometheus-operator CRDs.

Thanks @adrian-gierakowski for suggesting this!

This would be a replacement for #25

I won't be able to test for the next 2 or 3 days but still fine to go ahead with the merge.

The merge isn't urgent for me. From my side it can wait after you had a chance to test.
