Wierd stuff on the output #12

These seem like diagnostic outputs when metapathways.py is run

WARNING: Refseq BLAST output output/blast_results//LTSP_ends.refseq.blastout not found!
         Will have to Skip taxonomic information in annotation table :(

The Blast related message seems a bit premature. It will be get there. Nice work on the emoticon :)
