Parameter file: 16s_rRNA to rRNA #4

A minor change to the variable name 16s_rRNA to rRNA in the template_param.txt file so that it is consistent with doing both the small SSU and large subunits of RNA. There will likely be other changes that have to occur throughout the code due to this change in the name-space.

Changed the template parameter settings file from 16s_rRNA to rRNA as this name was misleading. Used grep to find all instances of the string 16s in the code and changed the name anywhere this referred to the parameter file. Did a quick run and everything seemed to work.
