RNA genes added to the .pf file #5

In making PGDBs it is also possible to add the RNA genes to the .pf file if you specify the PRODUCT-TYPE field as TRNA, RRNA, or MISC-RNA. This should be a simple matter of parsing the output of the completed RNAs.
