Thank you for MetaPathways, it is a really great tool, but I've noted that final 'score' orfs annotation results in MetaPathways2.5.2 are not consistent with data in 'information-score' column, and even if proteins have EC numbers then in the final *.gbk file they are replaced by other hits with lower scores from other databases. Could you please help advice me how to solve this problem. I tried to run the program with 'redo' option in 'func_search' and 'parse_func_search' steps but without success, however, the first MetaPathways version seems to work properly.
