Generation of stats table for GreenGenes Blast results silently fails #73

The file exists, and there's the header, but it shows no entries. The Blast output for GreenGenes has entries, and they pass the minimal criteria cutoffs. Not sure why it's not working.

We have run multiple tests on the new version of the code coming out shortly and believe this is no longer an issue
