MP2 should just use the OS path for finding executables #80

It is silly to use apt-get to install bwa and Blast+ on a machine, and then I need to manually create symlinks from executables/ubuntu to the installed binaries. MP2 should just look at the path to find what it needs, as that is the standard.

we are working a new installer that will be available in the upcoming release
