Failed to Format LSURef #97

Hi, I am new here. I am trying to run metapathways2 but keep on getting stuck at this step WARNING sequence for db metapathways2/M_P_DBs//taxonomic/formatted/LSURef_115_tax_silva_2013-12-12 not formatted WARNING Trying to format database 'LSURef_115_tax_silva_2013-12-12' for algorithm 'BLAST' INFO Failed to Format database 'LSURef_115_tax_silva_2013-12-12' for 'BLAST' ERROR Failed to pass the test for required scripts and inputs before run

I noticed the double slash punctuation // before taxonomic. Is this what case the program to fail the required scripts and input test? How can this be fix?
