TPL5110 Not Working #9

I have been fighting with getting the TPL5110 circuit to work with no luck. It never turns on. When I first apply power to the board, I see a small spike on the DRVN line, but then it goes to zero. Pressing the wake button does not do anything. I have check everything several times and can't find any problems. I swapped out the TPL5110 with another one on a working board (Not a Mini-LoRa). The one that was on the Mini-LoRa works in the other board and the one from the other board now doesn't work on the Mini-LoRa. I have checked for solder bridges and shorts and cannot find anything wrong. The circuit is so simple, I can't understand why it is not working. It is pretty much the same circuit as my other board. Only difference is the Mini-LoRa has a pull-down resistor on DONE. Any suggestions on this would be welcomed.

Was able to get things working by removing R7.
