Update publications and team #57

Latest publications need to be added to the BMA website, along with reordering the team list for those currently active. It would be good to find a way to enable updates without a release, maybe just a link to "Latest publications" or "recent news" that directs to a lab page.

Please add this ref to the top of the list

Talarmain, L., Clarke, M.A., Shorthouse, D. et al. HOXA9 has the hallmarks of a biological switch with implications in blood cancers. Nat Commun 13, 5829 (2022). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-022-33189-w

In team, I suggest moving Nikita, Sergey, and Alex taylor to alumni, and raising my name to the top.

Ben Hall is a Royal Society University Research Fellow working at the department of medical physics and biomedical engineering at University College London, and led the open-source development of the BMA tool since 2017, supported by awards from Microsoft, MRC, and the Royal Society. His research focuses on developing computational models of the decision making processes of cancer, from the early events of carcinogenesis to the later stages of metastasis. Alongside this, he maintains a long-standing interest in the development of algorithms and tools in formal methods for biology.
