Index process doesn't start

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed bzreader and opened english wikipedia dump
2. The first time it worked, started the indexing process, which I
interrupted on purpose (wanted to turn off PC)
3. Subsequent times, after starting bzreader and opening the wiki dump the
index process doesn't start. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of starting the indexing process, nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
bzreader 1.0.12.0 on Win7 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Checked MD5 for Wiki dump and is correct. Tried various reinstalls, as
admin, standard user, tried cleaned bzreader entries in registry and
appdata, nothing works, can't get bzreader to star index process.
