Store speed in GPX export #88

exported .gpx files do not contain speed information. 
According to fact, that your program shows speed info in "statistics", it
means that speed either stored in internal format or calculated by time and
coordinates.

Anyway, I and probably a lot of users would appreciate you if you add speed
to exported gpx files, if it's possible.

added gpx v1.0 speed element in gpx v1.1 extension element

The namespace is ignored by the speed element falls into the default GPX10 
namespace.
