Add / Force Add Commands not working #4

Tried the add and force add commands for the following post:

and no delta is awarded.

This one, but it just fired albeit about 5 hours late

Yeah - the bot seemed unresponsive. I restarted it and am looking into it

I believe a change I made to try to improve reliability with some missed comments caused the bot to go way over reddit's rate limit. I've reverted the change and am keeping an eye on it.

Will reopen as a separate PM reliability issue if PM reliability issues persist
