Release 1.1.20 missing from update site #44

Update site at http://files.idi.ntnu.no/publish/plantuml/repository/ is still pointing to 1.1.19 version.

That version has problems with failing to update an existing .plantuml file.

1.1.20 hasn't been released yet, it's still a snapshot. If there are problems with 1.1.19 that hasn't been reported, please add an issue.
