5 years ago Building of gh-pages went down while I was in the middle of a release, so instead of an old update site, there is nothing there, now. See https://status.github.com/messages

The link in the README.MD (http://hallvard.github.io/plantuml) appears to no longer work. I am trying to install in Eclipse 4.9 and it reports there is no software found at that location.
