Icons on buttons don't work with Internet Explorer #19

Hello,

I use your viewer with success (thank you for this great job) but I have an issue on Internet Explorer 11 where icons are not visible for all action buttons. no_icon_on_ie

Everything works fine on Firefox & Chrome.

As you can see on the screenshot, Icons work great when I use Angular Material components (ex. on the top-left side: note).

I don't know how to debug this, as the canvas hide all.

Hello, Any update on when this will be fixed for IE or any alternatives to directly use custom icons
