Download data #41

As a scientist I want to download data because the data might contribute to my research project. The download of multiple files should be possible. For the selection of the files, shortcuts might be helpful, e.g. "select everything from this instrument on this campaign + start download immediately".

Do we want a "shopping cart"? There you could collect all the data you want and the download all at once.

I am wondering if we can reduce these issues to one (or maybe two). Here's what I think about this: if we offer downloading multiple files, then there must be some way of selecting which files. Probably we don't want to force a user to click on every single dataset to select a group of datasets to download, so we might want to introduce shortcuts. One shortcut could be "select everything from this instrument on this campaign + start download immediately" and another shortcut could be "select this single file + start download immediately".

@joerg-halo @bjoernbroetz @rico-hengst @HeAloDi05 If we'd require the addition of these two shortcut methods in this use case, could we close #35 and #40?

Thank you @d70-t. I proceeded with the use cases #35, #41 and #41 as suggested and therefore removed the "implemented" label.
