Sharing datasets #55

As a dataset creator, I want to share my dataset with collaborators or any other people. I have a communication channel (i.e. e-mail, chat systems, my personal blog, a paper which I publish and the like) over which I can send a reference to my dataset, which currently is only stored on my computer. I don't care about how the data is transferred and I don't want to think about it either. I just want the simplest possible way of converting my dataset into an identifier which I can send easily and others then can use as described in #20.

I might have many more datasets than I can handle by hand, so I want a way to automate this process. Ideally the result should not only be a list of identifiers, but just a single identifier which refers to all the identifiers of the individual datasets in my collection.

I might want the HALO-DB to automatically index my identifiers so that people can search for the dataset and I might want the HALO-DB to create a copy of my dataset such that it will be archived. These two features should be optional.

Note that this is in contrast to #6 as neither sharing nor indexing the data does imply that the data is uploaded to the HALO-DB. Although there might be cases in which uploading the data implicitly to the HALO-DB is the best thing to do and thus should be done.
