Describe this feature

目前 Halo 有开发代码注入增强插件的需求以便可以更好的管理代码注入的片段，但目前只提供了对模板的 html head 标签注入的扩展点，希望可以增加对于 footer 标签的扩展以便满足对页脚代码注入的需求，这样可以更好的接管代码注入
