期望支持搜索标题和摘要 #26

想做一个索引功能的站点，文章里没有内容。结果发现什么都搜不到大受震撼。💦💦💦

另外，被删除的文章似乎也能被搜索到，是因为缓存吗，没有找到清除缓存的方式。

这个问题似乎已经被修复过：https://github.com/halo-dev/halo/issues/3121

建议查阅一下日志，看看是否有异常。

此外，你可以在仪表盘的快捷访问中刷新搜索引擎：

目前，搜索功能已经彻底重构，建议更新至 Halo 2.17。
