chore: update project infrastructure #4

  1. 添加 cd.yaml，用于发布插件
  2. 移除无用的 ui 项目。
  3. 修改插件名称为 alist-integration
  4. 修改存储策略配置表单的 Secret 表单项描述，并删除 requiredKey 属性，因为当前 Secret 选择组件不支持多个 key，所以最好先移除。
  5. 更新 OWNERS 文件。
