What is the use case here? Do you want this for accessibility? Are there things that are not marked that are confusing. I already have tooltips on non standard tokens so it would be helpful to know the order cases you are interested having tooltips for. The Use Case would be to have tooltips when hoovering over each item. Not all items are obvious. But instead separating obvious and not obvious make the tooltip a standard (even for Health, Sanity etc.)

Tooltips should appear when hovering over game objects that explain them. F.e. Health, Sanity, Money, etc.
