When I created a footer.html with the code inside https://github.com/halogenica/beautifulhugo/blob/master/layouts/partials/footer.html, the bigimg is no longer displayed. Is there a way to fix it?

Is there a way to remove the dot right before the copyright information when I didn't show the author's name?
Do you have any tutorial on the footer customization?
