The navbar drop downs aren't great with screen readers

For basic screen reader accessibility, this is a role="button".
For great accessibility, drop downs should be navigated with the up and down arrows.
The parent has the property aria-expanded which is set to true or false by JavaScript.
The parent has the property aria-owns to indicate the relationship
