Ran into the same issue on Mac OS X 10.11.6

From the Stack Trace looked into Elmjutsu's package.json and decided it couldn't hurt to: 'npm install underscore-plus'

Disable / Enable wasn't sufficient to resolve the error, had to actually uninstall and then reinstall Elmjutsu. Stack trace gone and with its package config settings change, I've got that Elmjutsu autocomplete goodness!

I checked the source and I was importing 'underscore' instead of 'underscore-plus' in one of the .js files. I will include a fix in the next version. Thanks for reporting!

Oh sorry, the real issue was that Atom was not able to install the dependencies properly. Uninstalling, then reinstalling the package usually solves the problem.
