Unless I missed a DLL providing IBeatSaberPlugin, this is necessary for the new BSIPA version.

@halsafar I guess it might a good idea to close the PR as it's not needed anymore. (Support peeps often look at open PRs to see if it fixes one issue or another that they came across with in the help channel 🙂 )
