Test case for inline SVG with screen reader problems #5

Could you share the test case that causes the problems for screen readers mentioned in your article on accessible inline SVG? I'm not able to replicate some of the screen reader problems, but it's difficult to be sure without looking at the original test case.

I will create a test case in codepen. I will also recheck this since it was written a while ago and these issues may no longer be an issue.
