Old PyPI version #10

Hi,

there is a version gap between this repository and PyPI. PyPI has 0.3.0 (uploaded in Oct 4, 2016) and there have been several code changes since then as well as a recent 1.0.0 release. Could you possibly fix that by releasing latest version on PyPI?

Hey, @halturin, any ETA on this? Very sorry to bother you but we would like to release a project with this dependency and we would like to know whether to wait or just fork it. TY for this cool project. :)
