Cannot install Py(x,y) 2.7.3.1 #575

If relevant, please answer to the following questions:
1. What version of Python(x,y) have you installed?
None.
So,the installer say "You must install 2.7.3.0 version of Py(x,y)."
But I cannot find a link to download that version of Py(x,y).
It's sad.
Please help me!
