Mayavi, title function is not working #746

If relevant, please answer to the following questions:
1. What version of Python(x,y) have you installed?
Python(x,y)-2.7.5.2 and also Python(x,y)-2.7.6.1
2. Which components have you installed (Python(x,y) installer:
componentpage):
    a. Have you selected the "Recommended" component selection? Yes
    b. Have you selected the "Full" component selection? No
    c. Have you selected manually plugins in the component list? No
Whatplugins?

3. Have you selected the option "Customize installation directories"?
b. No

4. If the answer to 3. is yes, what installation directories have you
chosen?

5. Where did you install Python(x,y) itself?
a. default path

6. Have you installed Python(x,y):
    b. For "All users"

7. What is your operating system?
c. Windows 7

8. Is the operating system 64 bit?
a. Yes

9. When you installed Python(x,y), were you logged in as :
b. an administrator of the machine

10. If you are using Windows Vista/7, have you installed Python(x,y):
a. simply by double-clicking on the installer

11. Regarding installed software on your machine, how did you clean your
machine before installing Python(x,y)  (multiple answers are possible):
    b. I uninstalled any previous Python distribution (i don't know about this "including the official .msi")

What steps will reproduce the problem?
The below faced problem faced with both versions (2.7.5.2, 2.7.6.1)
1. Mayavi, 'title' function is not working in one windows 7 machine, but with 
same above described setup process worked in other windows 7 machine.
2. But, i can see the 'title' function/module in Mayavi pipeline
3. First i faced this problem for my Python script, so for cross check, i also 
did test for winger.py example which is in this path (C:\Program Files 
(x86)\pythonxy\doc\Enthought Tool Suite\Mayavi\examples\mayavi\mlab). For this 
example also facing same problem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
