Map Window - Map menu - Edit sources #120

in the Map Window -> Map menu -> Edit sources

The edit pop-up: it does list the "groups" /e.g. "Stations" and "Misc"

it doesn't list the static points added within "misc" (and there is no edit)

PR 96 Gets the USGS River sites working.

Original dialog for editing sources has many issues though.

Buttons labeled wrong for their function - Save button labelled close as one example, no Cancel Button. Add button and what to add should be combined into one control. Dialog to edit USGS River and the BOUY list should be able to provide a way to look up the site numbers.

A lot of stuff needs to be cleaned up with a redesign, in the mean time this looks like a documentation issue until the GUI can be fixed.

Static points are only added with the "New Marker here", which actually allows you to put the marker anywhere. I enabled address to lat/long lookup if the geopy module is installed.

Static points can be edited / deleted list window that is displayed below the map.

While changing it is an enhancement, I think the non-intuitive current behavior is a bug.
