get all position on Windows MobaXTerm #279

I suspect that under mobaxterm, issuing the command "get all positions" doesnt really send out the command, it just stay in the queue.

I am successfully using the get all positions on with the pldares reflector. Some requests are timing out in the log

I did same test on same ratflector and it works,
