For some reason can only download 41 videos and stops downloading

Describe the bug Hello for some reason can only download 41 video straight on the cue and when i clean the tasklist on main screen it resume the other downloads, please allow to auto clean finished downloads from the log.

The downloader is designed for 12 episodes per session. This should be far more than the average person will watch for a day.
