The donwloader uses the muxing overhead:
at as far i have seen the end of the ffmpeg console output.
The log file of that video could be interesting.

Log here.
P.S: Crunchyroll is having some issues right now. Perhaps the log is not the most reliable one.
with changes to the way the downloader counts finished episodes changed this should not happen anymore.
Now it stays like this, with a missing part in the bar:
Please add the ffmpeg log the next time it happens to help me finding the root cause.
Did you by any chance replace the ffmpeg.exe
with a newer version?
I can just set the percentage to 100 as soon as I display the finished status but muxing overhead
always was the last line since it is the report how much of the file size is for the file format and does not go to the audio or video quality.
Indeed I did but just after I saw the issue. I replaced with the newest Gyan and it happens less frequently. Perhaps some placebo effect.
@hama3254 I made a video about the strange behaviour I've found that the episodes stay 100% instead of finished.
Looking better, they arrive to Finished status but, after a while, they turn 100% again.
That's why I wasn't able to find anything wrong in the log, as I thought that the issue was a never finalized file but now I have understood that it's a different issue.
Look here until the end.
