Hello, it had been working for months without any problem until just now, it stopped working.

When you add a link, the square appears for you to choose a subtitle language. No matter what you choose, when you click on accept it gives the following error:

I thought it was something about the most recent chapters so I tried the ones from days ago and it also gives the same error on anything I try to download.

I was using an older version so I upgraded to the latest version thinking that was it but no, the problem persists.

Try turning off you antivirus I had a similar problem and once turned off my antivirus just to do the download it worked fine

Try turning off you antivirus I had a similar problem and once turned off my antivirus just to do the download it worked fine

Are you trying to get the subtitles if you are don’t get hardsub and only use soft sub that could be the problem but make sure your antivirus is turn off 100% what antivirus are you using as I use avg

i tried hard and sift subs and not working. yeah im also using AVG i turned both it and firewall setting on my PC off and nothing. SHould i turn both off restart my compute then try?

Don’t restart you computer were the clock is you see your avg icon right mouse click on it it will have the option to turn off your avg please turn it off from there it will give you a warning just ok it then try again don’t restart as avg will be activated again
