inline smart links like the Wikipedia #215

for example we have a note which is explaining crypto currency. word bitcoin is used inside the text and there is also another note or something explaining bitcoin. they can be linked together automatically or manually. also there can be pop ups for these smart links (track pop ups here : #214 )

maybe you can use inline thing inside a pop up like Github (when you hover over a #xxx which points to a issue or something. example : #195 )
