[request] import of CinemaDNG/DNG image sequence #152

Would it be possible to add CinemaDNG/DNG image sequence import?

This format is getting more and more used. The Black Magic cameras will be able
to shoot in this format and Canon cameras shooting in Magic Lantern RAW can
also be converted to this format.

It appears to be some sort of tiff deviate.
