X Axis Label Truncation #615

I have a similar problem to issue 596 
https://code.google.com/p/core-plot/issues/detail?id=596 but on the x axis 
labels. I had the 596 problem and download the GIT version as of 2 Feb and 
applied the fix successfully.

I had a quick look at the code but I could not determine where the X axis label 
calculation is. Ill keep looking

Axis labels use CPTTextLayer to draw the text.
