Destination search broken

Got this report from a customer so pasting it here.

1) The search functionality in the DESTINATIONS does not work at all – If I 
search for DDI from the first or the second page I am always taken back to the 
first page. If the search is successful I would expect to be takes into the 
DESTINATION setup/edit page. Logged on as Superadmin.

2) Duplicate entries in the DESTINATION edit page:
When I am in the destination edit page, the Account Code field is populated 
multiple times.

I'll see what I can do to fix this tomorrow.  Just fixed a similar issue (to 
#1) with Extensions.

Can't reproduce #2.  Please submit a screen capture, if possible.
