Some wanted the ability to select a custom recording (or other message) and NOT
have the default "enter your pin number" message play. Others wanted it to
play after their custom recording (or other message). And, some ONLY want the
default pin number message played. (From a perspective of trying to appear as
professional as possible, it's probably best not to mix voices.)
So, with r8277, the option to use a pre-defined Phrase has been added to the
Greeting option, allowing you to use multiple audio files in the conference
greeting, if desired.
Please update and confirm desired functionality.

I just updated to 8277, but the conference edit screen did not change. Also
tried to reset everything to defaults and cleared my session and browser. I
don't see the new functionality.

You'll first need to create a new Phrase (Apps > Phrases) that can consist of
several audio files in the desired order. Then, the new Phrase will show up in
the available Greetings select box.

Ah.. I had never used phrases before, so I missed that.
I just tried it. Created a phrase called "Conference Greeting", added the two
WAV files that I want as sequence 000 and 001, changed my conference bridge to
use that new phrase, and now every time I call into the conference bridge
number I immediately get an "Invalid PIN number, try again" over and over with
no pauses until I hang up.

I can't duplicate the issue on my system; it just works as described. Please
provide more details (screen shots, or whatever possible) on how your system is
configured (what wav files you chose, etc). Thanks.

This was user error and all is working now. I had never used phrases before
and using fs_cli I was able to see it throwing errors on the phrase itself. I
specified "en-us" as the language, rather than just "en". All is working as
expected now and from my perspective, this is a great solution. Thanks!

Glad to hear it. Odd thing is, on my system either (en or en-us) works.
